Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has initiated an investigation into a fresh sexual battery accusation against Sean (Diddy) Combs, the hip-hop mogul currently serving a four-year prison term for prostitution-related convictions. A male music producer and publicist alleged that during a 2020 photo shoot at a Los Angeles warehouse, Combs exposed himself while masturbating and instructed the accuser to participate, as per details from a police report cited by NBC News. The accuser, unnamed in the report, disclosed that he kept silent for years due to feeling ashamed but eventually reported the incident to police in Largo, Fla., soon after Combs’ prior convictions.

Combs’ legal representative has not responded to requests for comment on the recent allegations. The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department confirmed receipt of the report from the Florida department on Friday and will be conducting a thorough investigation into the claims.

Additionally, the report outlines an episode from March 2021 where the accuser alleged being blindfolded by two individuals before Combs entered and accused him of being a traitor, according to NBC. Combs was previously convicted in July for transporting his girlfriends and male sex workers across the country for drug-fueled sexual activities spanning numerous locations over several years. Despite being cleared of sex trafficking and racketeering charges that could have resulted in a life sentence, he is scheduled for release in May 2028. However, he may qualify for sentence reductions through participation in rehabilitation and prison programs.
