“Nunavut Heads to Polls: Territorial Election Day Set for Oct. 27”

Territorial election day in Nunavut is scheduled for Monday, October 27th. Voters across the 25 communities will participate in selecting their next Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs). The election encompasses 22 ridings, showcasing a mix of both experienced politicians and new faces. Among these, 20 ridings will witness voting, while the remaining two have already been uncontested. CBC North is set to provide live coverage of the event, including real-time updates, commencing at 7 p.m. ET on Monday. A dedicated election night broadcast, hosted by Teresa Qiatsuq, will be available for streaming on CBC North’s website, YouTube, and the FAST channel.
