The accident occurred on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, a key route connecting Ogun state to Lagos, the economic hub of Nigeria.
Authorities disclosed that the Lexus SUV carrying Joshua was involved in the crash under investigation by the Ogun State Police. Joshua, who was seated in the rear of the vehicle, sustained minor injuries. Initial findings by the Federal Road Safety Corps spokesperson revealed that the vehicle was speeding, lost control during an overtaking maneuver, and collided with a stationary truck.
