Paul Alan, an artist from Prince Edward Island (P.E.I.), recently had the opportunity to showcase his paintings at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris, one of the world’s most-frequented museums. His artwork was featured on digital screens at the entrance to the Louvre, reaching millions of visitors who pass through the space annually.
Working in collaboration with an art promotion group that curates and displays artists’ work globally, Alan’s paintings were presented alongside physical art pieces on digital screens. This method of exhibition allowed for wider exposure without the logistical challenges of shipping physical artwork.
Alan’s art has also been showcased digitally at the Swiss Art Expo in Zurich Main Station earlier this year. The exposure gained from these digital exhibitions has provided Alan with new opportunities and enhanced his artistic portfolio for future ventures.
Embracing digital exhibitions has enabled Alan to reach a broader audience compared to traditional online platforms like Instagram or Facebook. Despite the limitations in fully capturing the essence of his original paintings digitally, Alan sees it as a valuable avenue for expanding his reach and showcasing his art internationally.

Looking ahead, Alan plans to continue exploring diverse avenues to exhibit his art while enjoying the creative journey with his wife, who specializes in creating hooked rugs.
