Harvey Weinstein will not be retried on a New York rape charge after prosecutors decided to drop the case due to the accuser’s reluctance to testify again. The accuser, Jessica Mann, a hairstylist and actress, testified extensively in all three trials, alleging that Weinstein raped her in a Manhattan hotel in 2013.
