The 51st edition of TIFF is a star-studded event running for 11 days until September 20, showcasing nearly 300 films and featuring renowned actors like Javier Bardem, Cynthia Erivo, and Seth Rogen.

On September 18, the Canadian premiere of the series “Carrie” saw stars like Kate Siegel, Matthew Lillard, Gil Bellows, and Alison Thornton, directed by Mike Flanagan. Another highlight was the promotion of the film “Diary of a Mad Old Man” by Lily Franky, Fan Bingbing, and director Wayne Wang at Roy Thomson Hall.
Additionally, actor Johnny Tri Nguyen signed autographs at the premiere of “Spirit Guardians: The Last Secret of the First Emperor,” while director Peter Chan Ho-sun interacted with fans at the premiere of his film “The Road Not Taken.”
The festival continued with various stars attending premieres of their films, including Hudson Williams, Carrie-Anne Moss, and Noah Reid for “Yaga,” Michelle Yeoh for “It’s My Time,” and Antonio Banderas for “Up Against It.” The event also featured films starring Penélope Cruz, Javier Bardem, Gemma Chan, Channing Tatum, and many others.
