The image, shared on X, depicts Prince George, the son of Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales, appearing relaxed in a dark suit paired with an open-collar white shirt and hands nonchalantly tucked in his pockets. Photographer Matt Porteous captured the shot during last month’s Trooping the Colour ceremony, as reported by the BBC.
As the grandson of King Charles, Prince George holds the second position in line for the throne, following his father. Growing older, he has taken on more public responsibilities and, in December, he assisted his father in serving lunch at a London homeless shelter. Prince George is set to begin his education at the prestigious Eton College in September, continuing the family tradition as his father also attended the same institution.
Prince George is the eldest of three siblings, with Princess Charlotte aged 11 and Prince Louis aged eight. Kensington Palace expressed gratitude for the birthday wishes received for Prince George and shared a video on social media showcasing him hiking, boating, and playing cricket on the beach.
