Iran’s Revolutionary Guard commander issued a stern warning as U.S. warships approached the Middle East following recent protests in Iran. Gen. Mohammad Pakpour emphasized the Guard’s readiness and urged the U.S. and Israel to avoid any miscalculations. The tensions between Iran and the U.S. escalated after protests erupted due to economic issues, resulting in thousands of deaths and over 40,000 arrests.

President Trump set red lines for military intervention in Iran, citing concerns over the treatment of protesters and those detained. The U.S. navy deployed warships towards Iran, with Trump mentioning previous talks over Iran’s nuclear program. The escalating situation has led to two European airlines suspending flights in the region due to safety concerns.

Air France and Luxair adjusted their flight schedules in response to the heightened tensions. Arrivals at Dubai’s international airport showed cancellations by Dutch carriers, affecting flights to Tel Aviv as well. The evolving situation remains a cause for concern among airlines operating in the region.
